White wine made from 100% Fiano grapes coming from vineyards located in the Irpini municipalities. The presence of Fiano in Irpinia dates back to ancient times. The origin of the name Fiano, leaves various hypotheses open but the most suggestive of the definitions is "Vitis Apiana" and that is sweet scent that attracts bees.
